Following a wet and cold winter, the team at Brada Developments has worked well to advance this scheme of four industrial units to the final stages of completion. With the imminent connection of mains electric, the site team will be able to test and commission the internal mechanical and electrical installations, as they complete the internal finishes.
The external elevations, comprising Kingspan Quadcore composite panels, in contrasting colours Obsidian and Black is striking against the smooth faced Ibstock Blue facing brick plinth around the building, giving an impressive feel to these buildings, making them appear more like a ‘Formula One’ garage than industrial warehouse! The aluminium curtain walling, sectional overhead doors and steel fire escape doors, finished in colour Black Grey, further contribute to these impressive elevations, as well as providing high levels of security, being ‘Secure by Design’ accredited installations.
